About First Impressions by Lisa

Hi, I’m Lisa—the hands and heart behind First Impressions by Lisa, a wreath-making studio based on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, just a short drive from the Delaware state line. I made my very first wreath in 2020 during a visit with my sister, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

When I’m not working as an x-ray technologist, you’ll likely find me surrounded by mesh, burlap, and a lot of ribbon. I specialize in full, lush mesh wreaths, but I also create a variety of styles—from rustic burlap and classic grapevine to flower-shaped designs and whimsical holiday themes. Each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail, designed to add charm and character to any space or season.
